Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Learning with Data Forge website and enrolling in any of our educational programs or bootcamps.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, enrolling in our programs, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
2. Eligibility
To enroll in our programs, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Meet any additional prerequisites specified for individual programs
- Have access to a computer with internet connection that meets our technical requirements
- Be able to commit to the required program schedule and coursework
Learning with Data Forge reserves the right to verify eligibility and to reject applications that do not meet our requirements.
3. Enrollment and Payment
3.1 Application Process
All applicants must complete the application process, which may include submission of required documents, assessment tests, and interviews. Completion of the application process does not guarantee admission to a program.
3.2 Tuition and Fees
Tuition and fees for each program are as specified on our website or in your enrollment agreement. Tuition does not include costs for textbooks, software, equipment, or other materials unless explicitly stated.
3.3 Payment Options
We offer various payment options including:
- Full upfront payment
- Installment plans (subject to approval)
- Income Share Agreements (for eligible programs)
Specific terms for each payment option will be provided in your enrollment agreement.
3.4 Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Withdrawal before program start: 90% refund of paid tuition
- Withdrawal within first week: 70% refund of paid tuition
- Withdrawal during weeks 2-3: 50% refund of paid tuition
- Withdrawal after week 3: No refund
Application fees are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our administrative office.
4. Program Policies
4.1 Attendance and Participation
Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes, whether in-person or online. Attendance and active participation are essential components of our programs. Students who miss more than 20% of scheduled classes may be dismissed from the program without refund.
4.2 Academic Progress
Students must maintain satisfactory academic progress throughout the program, including completion of assignments, projects, and assessments. Failure to maintain satisfactory progress may result in academic probation or dismissal.
4.3 Code of Conduct
Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and ethically at all times. Harassment, discrimination, cheating, plagiarism, or other unprofessional conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal without refund.
4.4 Program Changes
Learning with Data Forge reserves the right to make changes to program content, schedule, instructors, or delivery format as necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to notify students of any material changes.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Course Materials
All course materials, including but not limited to videos, presentations, assignments, and code examples, are the intellectual property of Learning with Data Forge or its licensors. Students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for their personal educational purposes only.
5.2 Student Projects
Students retain ownership of original work they create as part of the program. However, Learning with Data Forge may use student projects for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website content and marketing materials, with appropriate attribution.
5.3 Confidentiality
Students may have access to confidential information about Learning with Data Forge, its partners, or other students. Students agree not to disclose any confidential information without prior written consent.
6. Certificate of Completion
Students who successfully complete all program requirements, including attendance, assignments, projects, and assessments, will receive a Certificate of Completion. This certificate represents completion of a non-accredited educational program and does not confer a degree or college credits.
7. Job Placement Assistance
Learning with Data Forge provides job placement assistance, which may include resume reviews, interview preparation, networking opportunities, and job referrals. However, we do not guarantee employment or a specific level of income following program completion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learning with Data Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
- Any content obtained from our services
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Learning with Data Forge, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your use of our services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of our services shall be instituted in the courts of Wyoming, and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Learning with Data Forge reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes through our website or by email. Your continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and agreement to the modified Terms and Conditions.
